Senior Accountant Pine City

Therapeutic Services Agency Inc is hiring for a Senior Accountant to work Full Time to conduct financial analysis and procedures for the company.  This is an excellent full time employment positions for a person interested in providing financial analysis to the company, contract management, productivity analysis, and budget forecasting.  The Accountant will work in collaboration with Program Directors and the Business Director at TSA.

Qualifications required: CPA license and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications preferred: Experience working with a for profit organization with 100 + employees, proficient software skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and QuickBooks, strong analytical skills and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and cash management.

Licensed Mental Health Professional and/or Clinical Trainee - On Call Region 7E County Area

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional part time licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) to provide On Call and Mobile Crises Response Services to community persons experiencing mental health crises.  This is an excellent professional work opportunity for persons who wish to have flexibility in their work life. This may be a stand-alone job or add-on to other employment you may have. The position is for evening, weekend and holiday coverage  with elective shifts based on what works for you. This position provides direct service work to persons in crises and may be helpful to those seeking client contact to support licensure pursuit. The work includes conducting Crises Assessment, problem solving, care and compassion when working with persons; and then the Day Team follows up with the care needs of the individual the following day. It is a well-run streamlined coordinated care model and works very well for persons in crises and for staff providing the services.  

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is a community partner in Region 7E (which includes Pine and Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec and Mille Lacs Counties) with key other organizations in the Region to provide On Call and Mobile Crises Response Services to children and adults experiencing mental health crises.  The Region coverage area is divided into two areas and work assignments are based on home geography location most optimal for the employee. Compensation is paid for being On Call and additional compensation is paid for conducting Mobile Crises Response Service.   Access to a vehicle and ability to travel in the area is a requirement of the job.   This is a financially satisfying position, flexible and professionally rewarding. Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Trainee - In-home Family Based Services East Central, MN or Twin Cities Metro Area

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is seeking additional Mental Health Practitioners (Bachelor degree, with experience under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Professional or enrolled in Master's program) to provide in-home skills training to children and families in the East Central MN area (Pine, Kanabec, Isanti, Chisago, Northern Washington Counties) and in the Twin Cities Metro area. Services are provided in families' homes and case assignments are made for locations within about 45-mile radius of staff's home. Candidate must have qualifications as a mental health provider in MN (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or related field). Position involves evening and some day work, driving to families' homes and ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team. Compensation and benefits are competitive and agency is supportive. Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee - ITFC Program Pine, Kanabec, Isanti and/or Chisago Counties.

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc. seeks to employ a part time or full time Mental Health Clinical Trainee or Licensed Mental Health Professional to assist with the provision of Intensive Treatment in Foster Care (ITFC) to children and teens in their foster homes. Service provision will also include individual and family therapy, Extended Diagnostic Assessment, and coaching support to foster parents.  Work assignment will be made in geography area designated and mutually agreed to including one or two of the counties:  Pine, Kanabec, Isanti and Chisago.  Sessions may be provided in foster family and birth family homes, schools, and site based at TSA offices located in Cambridge, Lindstrom, North Branch, Pine City. 

Qualifications Required:  Master degreed mental health clinical trainee (on licensure track toward LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP – must be within 1,000 hours of licensure obtainment) or licensed in MN as a mental health professional, is trained in Trauma Focused-CBT or interested in becoming trained in this evidence-based practice (TSA will support training).

Qualities preferred:  Knowledgeable about foster care, the County Social Services mental health and Child Protection service systems, experienced in working with family systems, childhood mental health, clinical care coordination skills, case management, crises response service, and service documentation in Electronic Health Record. Client engagement skills, flexibility, organizational skills, time management skills, collegial collaboration skills highly desired.

Desired qualities include persons on professional licensure track or licensed in MN, positive interpersonal relationship skills, works well with other professionals, knowledge base and effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy, CTSS experience preferred but not required, computer and organizational skills needed. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of therapists providing mental health services in schools located in Pine County.

Desired qualities include persons on professional licensure track or licensed, with positive interpersonal relationship skills, works well with other professionals in school setting, knowledge base and effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual, family, group and play therapy services. CTSS experience preferred but not required, computer and organizational skills needed. We have positions available in Chisago and Pine County (within commute from Minneapolis/ St. Paul and suburbs or Western Wisconsin).

Requirements:

Mental Health Professional -  A Licensed Professional and master's degree graduate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling or related field.
