Mona Lee, MA, MFT

Mona is a Mental Health Professional who is currently completing her Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. She received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Intercultural Studies from the University of Northwestern St. Paul.

Prior to becoming an employee for Therapeutic Services Agency, Mona completed her practicum at Therapeutic Services Agency for the Outpatient Mental Health Services. Pervious to this, Mona spent 3 years working at Gospel Hill Camp working with inner city children as one of the camp chaplains. Mona has also worked as a program specialist for Bethel University in the Cultural Connection Center building relationships and walking alongside college aged students as they navigate transitions and life experiences. Prior to this, Mona spent 9 months at HoneyRock Camp and 4 of those months were spent as one of the high ropes instructor leading team building activities, and observing individuals and team dynamics for debriefing.  

Mona appreciates working with a wide range of individuals. She particularly enjoys families and couples work as systemic work is of interest to her. She also enjoys adolescents and young adults and helping individuals to recognize their strengths and talents in a positive manner as they share their life story and use their imagination to grow. With this, she also has an interest in spirituality and its processing the healing journey.
